Develop and maintain internal CAD/EDA design flows and tools for mixed analog/digital memory circuit and layout design. Deliver flows that cover transistor-level analog design and higher-level digital design (RTL, synthesis, place-and-route) and provide global support to design and verification teams.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and operate internal design tools and flows that support transistor-level analog design and RTL-based digital synthesis with automated place-and-route.
• Integrate and configure EDA vendor tools into the design flows; collaborate with vendors to push development and troubleshoot tool issues.
• Collaborate with global CAD/EDA teams to develop, validate, and release flows for worldwide design and verification organizations.
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to design and verification teams.
• Collect feedback from teams and propose/implement solutions to improve verification quality and engineering efficiency.
• Use agentic AI to assist flow development or embed AI agents into flows where appropriate.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Experience developing or supporting CAD/EDA design flows for mixed analog/digital IC design.
• Practical understanding of transistor-level analog design and digital design flows (RTL, synthesis, place-and-route).
• Experience integrating, validating, and troubleshooting EDA vendor tools.
• Ability to support and train engineering teams and to troubleshoot workflow/tool issues.
• Proven collaboration skills to work with global CAD teams and external vendors.
• Familiarity with using or integrating AI/agent-based tooling into engineering flows.
