Role Summary
Join the Central Engineering GPU Group to support delivery and portfolio operations for Arm's Mali GPU products. The role partners with engineering and portfolio leadership to provide data-driven insights, reporting, and governance that enable timely, on-specification product delivery across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
The role combines cross-site project coordination with portfolio reporting and analytics to support planning, prioritisation and decision-making.
- Coordinate with engineering teams across multiple locations to ensure high-quality, on-specification, and timely delivery of GPU products.
- Develop and maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics by integrating datasets from multiple sources.
- Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, governance activities and regular operational/review cadences.
- Build detailed project schedules from high-level requirements; track, monitor and control project activity across locations and disciplines.
- Identify process improvements and increase operational efficiency through data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tooling.
Requirements

- Proven project management and delivery experience using leading methodologies, with a track record delivering semiconductor hardware projects (ideally from initiation to product delivery).
- Ability to create detailed plans from high-level requirements and to track and control project activity across multiple teams and sites.
- Experience developing and maintaining portfolio reporting solutions, dashboards and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills; experience building, managing and interpreting complex datasets to support business decisions.
- Experience using project management, reporting and data visualisation tools to provide actionable insights to engineering and leadership teams.
- Clear written and verbal reporting skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with hardware/software development flows, portfolio/resource planning, and BI/data visualisation platforms.
