Role Summary
The HW Sustain team in Yokneam supports networking hardware for NVIDIA data centers. This role owns fielded networking products and focuses on improving availability, manufacturability, cost and field quality.
Experience Level
Entry-level / Early Career (approximately 2+ years of relevant experience)
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include taking engineering ownership of released products and resolving production and field issues.
- Assume engineering ownership of networking products after release to production.
- Provide technical leadership to improve product availability and drive cost reductions.
- Identify and resolve manufacturability issues affecting volume production.
- Debug and resolve hardware-related quality issues to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience; nice-to-have items listed separately.
- Must have: 2+ years as a board designer with experience executing complex hardware projects.
- Must have: Hands-on lab skills.
- Must have: Experience leading multi-layer PCB design.
- Must have: Experience in high-current power-delivery design.
- Must have: Project management skills; ability to work independently; strong interpersonal skills.
- Nice to have: Experience designing data-center switch products for high-volume manufacturing.
- Nice to have: Proven knowledge in high-speed design.
- Nice to have: Experience in embedded-systems design.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of advanced PCB technologies.
Education Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
