Responsibilities

Key duties include hands-on hardware and board-level work to deliver chipset-based products and reference platforms.

• Design and validate Qualcomm chipset sections (MSM and peripherals).
• Evaluate board/device-level solutions and select key components.
• Create and finalize schematics after solution lockdown.
• Collaborate with silicon designers and CAD/layout teams to produce high-quality board layouts.
• Work with software teams to bring up prototypes and enable device functions (DDR, display, camera, USB, etc.).
• Perform lab tests, system bring-up, circuit debug, and system verification.
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during validation and prototype stages.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience for successful performance in this role.

• Proven experience working on Qualcomm platforms and chipset projects.
• Strong understanding of DDR, eMMC, UFS, power supply design, audio circuits, and high-speed signal interfaces.
• Experience with board/device-level solution evaluation and component selection.
• Practical experience with schematic capture and working with layout/CAD teams.
• Experience in prototype bring-up, validation, circuit debugging, and system verification.
• Ability to collaborate across hardware, silicon, CAD, and software teams to resolve cross-domain issues.
• Good hands-on lab skills are a plus.

Education Requirements
