Role Summary
The Automotive MCU Test Engineer will design and develop testing processes for automotive MCU products, focusing on maintaining testing quality and cost improvements throughout production phases.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Testing design and development for automotive MCU products (28nm/20nm).
- Development of test programs using LSI testers and evaluation of product characteristics.
- Launch and maintenance of production specifications for automotive MCU products.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
- Experience in evaluating semiconductor products (digital/analog) or working with LSI testers.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Communication-level proficiency in English.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience in creating/debugging test programming or conducting product characteristic evaluations.
- Knowledge of programming (C, C++, etc.) and semiconductor reliability technologies.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and Product Change Notifications (PCN).
