Automotive Integration Engineer for S32K SDK
Role Summary
Develop, integrate and validate software components and reference applications for NXP S32K automotive platforms as part of the SDK team. Work in an Agile environment, use continuous integration, and collaborate with product owners, program managers, field engineers and third parties.

Responsibilities
Deliver software features and integrations across the SDK portfolio and support product lifecycle activities.
- Design, implement and integrate embedded software components (from low-level drivers to middleware and user-space tools).
- Develop, test, debug and document code; prepare and present demos to stakeholders.
- Work in an Agile process and use continuous integration pipelines.
- Prototype concepts, port features to new platforms and resolve product backlog items including bug fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet integration and delivery goals.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience.
- Experience developing automotive-grade software components.
- Practical knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and associated configuration toolchains.
- Proficient in embedded C (C) and familiar with modern build tooling (e.g., CMake).
- Understanding of ARM architecture and embedded system constraints.
- Comfort working across drivers, middleware, RTOS and non-RTOS environments and user-space libraries.
- Ability to prototype with software elements under active development and strong problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Python scripting experience.
- Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) knowledge.
