Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include developing ATE test solutions, diagnosing failures, and supporting qualification and R&D activities.
- Develop test flows, test methods and validate test programs on ATE platforms (Advantest 93K / ExaScale).
- Create characterization test programs and screens to identify and isolate failing circuits.
- Drive R&D and deploy innovative structural and functional test methodologies.
- Support qualification testing: failure verification, spec search, and related test activities.
- Analyze root causes using electrical and thermal analysis; test parts and present results to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
