Role Summary

Micron Fab 16 in Taichung is hiring an ATE Process Integration (PI) Engineer to establish and optimize process conditions, set equipment parameters, and support production yield and cost improvements. The role focuses on process capability, equipment/material evaluation, and execution of process-management projects.

The position is part of the manufacturing/process-integration team supporting wafer sort/test and production continuous-improvement activities.

Primary responsibilities include defining process conditions, improving capability, and managing equipment/material evaluations and improvements.

• Establish and improve process conditions and process technologies.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process-management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate, plan, and promote new equipment and materials.
• Analyze abnormal events and implement corrective improvements.
