Associate Product Development Engineer

Role Summary

Entry-level engineering role supporting product development for electronic components and integrated circuitry within the Cavite GTC engineering team. Work under supervision to perform reliability evaluation, testing, and documentation while learning Analog Devices' product engineering processes.

Structured mentorship and defined tasks to build foundational skills in design, qualification, and production support.

Experience Level

Entry-level - 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include supporting testing, evaluation, and documentation under supervision:

  • Assist in evaluating the reliability of materials and properties used in production.
  • Support development of electronic parts, components, and integrated circuitry.
  • Execute basic testing, qualification, and documentation tasks.
  • Contribute to test procedures and production optimization efforts.
  • Work on well-defined tasks under direct supervision and report findings.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and practical abilities for this role:

  • Basic understanding of product reliability principles and testing methodologies.
  • Foundational knowledge of electronic design concepts and integrated circuits.
  • Familiarity with mechanical and optical system basics.
  • Understanding of fundamental digital signal processing concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of production techniques and qualification testing procedures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
