Associate Engineer, Product Engineering (Mfg.)

Role Summary

Maintain product health for a portfolio of RF products by supporting manufacturing lines, monitoring yield, managing quality issues, and governing product/test limits. Work with cross-functional teams to close corrective actions and implement continuous improvement.

Position sits within Product Engineering / Manufacturing Test and focuses on production support, yield improvement, and quality assurance for high-volume manufacturing.

Experience Level

Entry-level / Graduate position. Suitable for new or recent graduates; typical experience 0–3 years.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include production line support, yield analysis, quality issue resolution, and test/spec governance.

  • Provide day-to-day manufacturing line support: triage issues, drive containment, and coordinate disposition decisions.
  • Monitor yield and product health; identify trends, run data-driven investigations, and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Execute root-cause analysis and manage corrective/preventive actions for internal and external quality issues.
  • Participate in product/test limits generation and change control; maintain clear documentation.
  • Support datasheet and spec/limit maintenance by validating changes with data and aligning with stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen test robustness, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Travel as required (approximately 10%).

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of product and test flows in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Project management and execution discipline when working with cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to travel ~10%.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with RF products or RF test.
  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis.
