Role Summary

Join the Siemens EDA Consulting team to support customers across domains (telecommunications, automotive, machine learning, etc.) in adopting and applying Siemens DISW tools and methodologies.

Work closely with customers and the sales organization to identify technical needs, design solution approaches, and implement and validate those solutions using Siemens tools.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Engage with customers to gather requirements and define technical solutions using Siemens DISW products.
• Architect and implement solutions, perform simulations, and validate HDL designs.
• Perform signal-level debugging of HDL designs and assist customers in resolving design issues.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to scope engagements and deliver technical demonstrations and trainings.
• Document solutions, share best practices, and support tool deployment and integration at customer sites.

Requirements

Must-have and desirable technical skills:

• Must-have: Knowledge of Verilog or VHDL.
• Familiarity with HDL simulation tools such as Questasim or equivalent.
• Experience in signal-level debug of HDL designs.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Nice-to-have: Scripting experience (Shell, Python), version control tools, software development best practices.
• Knowledge of ARM bus protocols (AXI, APB; CHI preferred), embedded software/Linux development, or FPGA experience is desirable.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
