Role Summary
Entry-level verification engineer on the Memory Management Unit team responsible for verifying NVIDIA GPU memory-management features. The role focuses on developing verification infrastructure, implementing test and coverage plans, and validating design correctness.
Works within a cross-site verification team and collaborates with architects, RTL designers, and software engineers to close coverage and debug issues.

Entry-level / New college graduate (early career).
Responsibilities
Primary verification duties and team interactions.
- Analyze memory-management design and define verification scope.
- Develop verification infrastructure: testbenches, BFMs, checkers, monitors.
- Implement tests and coverage plans; drive coverage closure and regression runs.
- Debug RTL and verification failures using simulation and debug tools.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites.
- Contribute to methodology direction and reusable verification components.
Requirements

- Exposure to computer architecture, ASIC design, and verification methodology.
- Proficiency with SystemVerilog and C or C++ for test and harness development.
- Experience with constrained-random testing, functional coverage, and assertions.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., VCS, IES) and debug tools (e.g., Debussy, GDB).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of memory subsystem micro-architecture, caches, memory management, interconnects, or arbiters.
- Experience with UVM, scoreboards, and semiformal verification (SFV).
- Perl or Python scripting experience.
Education Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
