Responsibilities
Primary technical responsibilities for this role include:
- Architect and implement synthesizable RTL (SystemVerilog/Verilog) for digital IP or SoC blocks.
- Create and maintain design constraints, interact with synthesis and STA flows to meet timing.
- Perform code reviews and ensure RTL quality, coding standards, and testability.
- Work with verification, backend, and validation teams to resolve functional and timing issues.
- Analyze and fix clock domain crossing, reset, and functional integration issues.
- Optimize logic for area, power, and performance as required by the design.
- Prepare design documentation and participate in design reviews and milestones.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Requirements

- Proven experience in ASIC digital RTL design using Verilog or SystemVerilog.
- Practical experience with synthesis flows and static timing analysis to achieve timing closure.
- Experience identifying and resolving CDC, reset, and timing issues in complex designs.

- Ability to script or automate flows using languages such as Python, Tcl, or Perl.
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills for cross-team interaction.
- Nice-to-have: FPGA prototyping experience, SoC integration experience, or familiarity with industry EDA tools and flows.
