ASIC Design Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Join a team developing high-throughput Ethernet silicon for cloud and AI/ML workflows. The role focuses on constrained-random, coverage-driven verification of ASIC designs and contributing to technical delivery and leadership across global design teams.

Responsibilities
Verify complex ASIC designs and collaborate with architecture and RTL teams to deliver correct, high-performance silicon.
- Design, implement and maintain SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches and verification components.
- Drive coverage closure using constrained-random methodologies and functional coverage analysis.
- Develop and maintain assertions and SVA checks.
- Run simulations and regressions using VCS, Incisive, or equivalent simulators; debug failures to root cause.
- Automate verification flows and debugging using scripting (Python, Perl, etc.).
- Collaborate with worldwide design and architecture teams to align verification plans and timelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers as needed.

- Strong hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and UVM for verification.
- Proven constrained-random verification and coverage-driven closure skills.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts applied to verification environments.
- Experience with industry simulators and EDA tools (VCS, Incisive, or equivalent).
- Proficient scripting skills for automation and debug (Python, Perl, or similar).
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving designs and work across distributed teams.
Education Requirements
One of the following: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience; Master's degree with 10+ years of related experience; or PhD with 3+ years of related experience.
