Role Summary

Deliver technical pre-sales support, consulting, and training for high-frequency simulation workflows (signal integrity, power integrity, RF) to customers in automotive, communications, and IoT markets. Work with product development and regional teams to translate customer needs into solutions and product improvements.

Join the Electronics High Frequency team within the Customer Excellence group to drive adoption of simulation tools and support customer success across the sales lifecycle.

Experience Level

Senior. The posting requests 4–7 years of industry experience in high-frequency domains with customer-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead technical activities across the sales lifecycle: discovery, demonstrations, evaluations, and technical presentations.
• Provide PCB/package/advanced-packaging solutions for signal and power integrity across system interactions.
• Act as product expert for high-frequency simulation tools; engage customers to understand workflows and demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with product development to translate customer requirements into product features and validate new releases on industrial problems.
• Deliver consulting services and run introductory/intermediate training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Represent the team at external and internal events to share expertise and support marketing and thought leadership efforts.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product direction and improve technical support processes.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• 4–7 years experience in high-frequency domains applying simulation tools to real-world problems.
• Practical expertise with Ansys HFSS, SIwave, Q3D Extractor, or comparable simulation software.
• Familiarity with signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), RF and microwave concepts at a basic to intermediate level.
• Proven ability to research, debug, and resolve software-related issues.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; willingness to travel (up to ~25%).

Nice-to-have:

• Experience building automation workflows for RF/SI/PI/EMC simulation flows.
• Familiarity with ADS, MATLAB, Python, CST, measurement/lab skills, and hardware/system knowledge.

Education Requirements

MS or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with specialization in electromagnetics, or equivalent practical experience.
