Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities typically include:

• Provide technical support and problem resolution to customers using Synopsys EDA and IP products.
• Create and maintain demos, reference flows, and application notes to accelerate customer adoption.
• Reproduce, triage, and communicate issues to engineering and follow through on fixes.
• Work with product management and sales to prioritize customer needs and feature requests.
• Deliver customer trainings and on-site/remote enablement as required.

• Must-have: Proven experience in applications engineering, customer support, or semiconductor/EDA workflows; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must-have: Ability to reproduce customer issues, work with cross-functional teams, and deliver technical presentations.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Synopsys tools, ASIC/SoC design flows, scripting (Python, Tcl), or hands-on hardware/debug experience.
• Nice-to-have: Prior customer-facing roles and experience working with international customers.
