Role Summary
Senior technical leader responsible for driving technical strategy, customer engagement, and consulting services for key accounts. Works with sales, product, and engineering teams to plan and execute go-to-market activities and technical programs that increase adoption of Synopsys technologies.
Based in Beijing and focused on customer success, solution delivery, and strategic consulting across engineering and simulation domains.
Experience Level
Senior. Experience guidance provided in Education Requirements (examples: ~10 years with a Bachelor's, ~6 years with a Master's, ~3 years with a PhD) or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
Lead technical engagements and consulting for selected key accounts; coordinate cross-functional resources and track outcomes.
- Lead technical planning and execution for strategic accounts across GTM stages; provide requirements analysis and competitive/solution recommendations to sales.
- Identify opportunities with sales: map customer requirements to product capabilities, generate leads, and build relationships with technical decision makers and management.
- Act as associate project manager: recommend resource allocation, support solution development, and manage risk and tracking of opportunities and projects.
- Track post-sale technical support and leverage feedback to drive product/R&D improvements and prepare technical metrics and reports.
- Drive company strategic consulting services: run programs and initiatives, identify and escalate risks, and resolve issues to keep programs on track.
- Monitor industry and customer technology trends (for example GPU/S&A, Physical AI, PyAnsys, collaboration with AI vendors) to inform strategy and customer solutions.
- Mentor and influence cross-functional teams to replicate successful approaches and improve operational processes.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels; experience presenting to technical and executive stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills for complex technical and project challenges.
- Customer-focused mindset with experience driving adoption of technical solutions and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with GPU acceleration in simulation/analysis, PyAnsys, Physical AI concepts, and working with AI vendors or LLM/agentic AI integrations.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, CFD, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience guidance: minimum ~10 years if holding a Bachelor’s, ~6 years with a Master’s, or ~3 years with a PhD, or equivalent professional experience.
