Role Summary

Mid-level, with relevant experience in ASIC design and customer-facing engineering roles preferred.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing ICV runset support for foundry customers.
- Delivering post-sales technical expertise and maintaining Synopsys products.
- Implementing customer installation requirements and customizing solutions.
- Providing pre-sales technical support in collaboration with sales teams.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and empowering customers to utilize Synopsys EDA solutions.
- Enhancing long-term partnerships with foundry clients.
- Identifying product improvement opportunities.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer about advanced product features.
Requirements
Must-have skills and qualifications include:
- Basic understanding of the design process, preferably Design Rule Checking (DRC).
- Knowledge of ASIC design flow, VLSI, and/or CAD engineering principles.
- Familiarity with EDA tool products related to Verification, Place and Route, and Physical Design.
- Project management experience from initiation through completion.
- Creative problem-solving skills and judgment in technical methods.
