Responsibilities

Primary duties focus on customer technical enablement, workflow customization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful deployments and revenue.

• Lead technical engagements with semiconductor customers in Taiwan: onsite meetings, demonstrations, workflow evaluations, and deployments.
• Analyze customer design environments to identify SI/PI/EMI gaps and recommend simulation-driven fixes to improve design robustness and time-to-market.
• Develop and demonstrate custom simulation workflows using ANSYS and/or comparable EDA/CAE tools tailored for IC, 3DIC, and high-speed digital systems.
• Translate customer requirements and field issues into actionable product requests for R&D and product teams.
• Deliver hands-on deployment services and training from introductory to intermediate levels so customers can independently run workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and R&D to position the product portfolio and improve presales effectiveness.
• Travel up to 60% across Taiwan and occasionally regionally to support key accounts.

Requirements

• Direct experience with power integrity, signal integrity, and EMI simulation and measurement in real design scenarios.
• Demonstrated experience with ANSYS software or deep familiarity with competing commercial EDA platforms (e.g., Cadence, Mentor, HFSS, SIwave).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; ability to produce technical documentation and presentations.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% across Taiwan and regionally.

• Python scripting for workflow automation or post-processing simulation data.
• Practical IC design or 3DIC design experience.
