Responsibilities
Key responsibilities expected for this role include:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using ICV in physical verification and related flows.
- Develop and validate customer workflows, scripts, and integration with EDA environments.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to escalate and resolve complex product issues and to contribute to product enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and example flows for customers.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and training to customers and internal teams.
- Act as a regional technical lead, coordinating with local engineering and support teams in Bengaluru.
