Applications Engineering Program Manager (ICV)
Role Summary
Manage program planning and delivery for worldwide ICV foundry runset development. Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedules, mitigate delivery risks, and communicate status and trade-offs to stakeholders, including foundry partners.
Work with engineering, customers, and external foundries to prioritize deliverables, improve processes, and ensure timely, high-quality releases for the ICV product line.
Experience Level
Senior — 10+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
The core responsibilities focus on program planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication for runset development.
- Plan and monitor delivery schedules for worldwide ICV runset development.
- Ensure committed items are delivered on time and to quality targets.
- Identify delivery risks proactively and propose mitigation using available resources and priorities.
- Communicate schedule, risks, and proposed solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop systems for accurate forecasts and track progress over time.
- Improve processes to increase productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with runset team members to understand workflows and their impact on delivery.
Requirements

- Proven program/project management skills demonstrated across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with SoC design flows and IC manufacturing processes.
- Experience working directly with customers and foundry partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to define, quantify, and communicate metrics that drive production delivery.
Education Requirements
BS or MS in a technical field (or equivalent) is required; the posting specifies "BS/MS or equivalent in a technical field with 10+ years relevant experience," so equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
