Responsibilities
Provide technical and organizational leadership to ensure customers successfully adopt and scale emulation platforms.
- Lead and grow a team of applications engineers supporting emulation products across engagements, deployments, and escalations.
- Remain hands-on with customer issues, emulation workflows, and product behavior to inform technical decisions.
- Engage directly with customers during adoption, deployment, and scaling phases to ensure success.
- Partner with product management, R&D, and field teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Own technical relationships with strategic accounts and align engineering priorities with customer needs.
- Hire, mentor, and build team capability; develop engineers into stronger technical contributors and leaders.
- Balance direct technical involvement with delegation and organizational leadership.

- Deep hands-on experience with emulation platforms, verification methodologies, or hardware–software co-verification.
- Proven track record leading technical teams in applications engineering or customer success roles.
- Ability to debug complex technical issues across hardware, software, and customer environments.
- Experience working directly with customers on deployments, escalations, and technical strategy; strong technical credibility with verification engineers and architects.
