Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include technical sales support, customer deployments, and product feedback.

  • Work with customers and sales teams during product evaluations to meet technical milestones.
  • Deploy and configure Siemens FPGA prototyping hardware and software on-site and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and remove obstacles to customer success.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and trainings for customers.
  • Capture customer technical requirements and provide feedback to product development and marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain peer-level technical relationships with customer engineering teams.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and attributes.

  • Strong RTL experience with SystemVerilog, Verilog, and VHDL.
  • ASIC and/or FPGA implementation experience (synthesis, place & route).
  • Verification and simulation experience (SystemVerilog, SystemC, C/C++; familiarity with Questa/Incisive/VCS, OVM or UVM).
  • Proficiency with scripting (Perl, Python, shell scripting, Makefiles) and common data formats (XML, JSON).
  • Industry experience with FPGA design and FPGA tool flows (proFPGA, HAPS, Xilinx Vivado, Intel/Altera Quartus) — explicitly required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver trainings and demos.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% within North America.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with emulation and static timing analysis; competitive, results-driven attitude.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (BS or MS in EE, CE, CS or related areas).
