Applications Engineer
Role Summary
Work on RF front-end and filter testing, tuning, and validation in a laboratory environment. Support product development by collaborating with design and marketing teams, producing technical documentation, and providing customer-facing technical support.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include laboratory RF testing, tuning, customer support, and documentation.
- Test and debug RF front-ends and filters for RF parameters in the lab.
- Perform tuning on RF front ends and cascaded evaluation boards by implementing matching networks.
- Operate and interpret measurements from VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and DMMs.
- Work with PCB assembly and design tools to support evaluation boards and reference designs.
- Support Tier-1 customers with testing and reference board validation.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams during RFIC development cycles.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide feedback during new product development.

- Practical understanding of RF design or RF testing, circuits, and systems.
- Knowledge of Wi‑Fi and other wireless technologies and matching networks.
- Experience with PCB assembly and common design tools for evaluation boards.
- Hands-on experience using VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generators, power meters, and multimeter.
- Ability to support customers and to work on customer reference boards and testing.
- Strong documentation and communication skills for technical exchanges with cross-functional teams.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering required, plus approximately 1 year of related experience or an internship involving RF design/testing, wireless technologies, matching networks, PCB assembly/design tools, and use of RF test equipment.
