Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and improving customer support practices.

  • Collaborating with product marketing and sales teams on support strategies.
  • Ensuring effective communication with product engineering regarding product quality and performance.

  • Conducting training sessions and performance reviews.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 60 months of experience in Application Support Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience with Custom IC Design, verification methodologies, and Tanner EDA Tools.
  • Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuits and design data management systems.
  • 10% travel may be required.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
