The Application Engineer will be pivotal in providing technical selling and support for Siemens EDA's Verification IP portfolio in the EMEA region. This position is categorized as Mid-Career. The ideal candidate will demonstrate significant proficiency in related technical fields and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to drive pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Assess the technical viability of sales opportunities and report findings to the sales team.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the VIP portfolio to potential clients.
• Support customers in integrating VIP into their existing testbench environments.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and effective support.
• Share industry insights with peers and contribute to the development of product strategy.

Qualifications

Successful applicants will have a balance of education and practical experience in relevant fields:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with high-speed interface protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, or USB.
• Proficient in SystemVerilog and UVM coding.
• Experience in integrating commercial VIP into custom setups.
• Familiarity with both Linux and Windows systems, including scripting.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent is required.
