Role Summary

Provide technical support and customer-facing enablement for Siemens EDA's Tessent silicon test solutions. The role works with customers and internal product and sales teams to deploy, troubleshoot, and train on DFT and test products.

Responsibilities

Primary customer-facing and technical responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, electronic channels, and onsite visits.
• Assist customers in deploying Siemens EDA silicon test solutions to address design and testability challenges.
• Track and update customer issues using Siemens EDA processes and tracking tools.
• Develop and deliver technical training on product features and updates.
• Create technical content for the company's knowledge base.
• Relay customer technical requirements and issues to product and sales teams.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience, and preferred skills:

• Must-have: Familiarity with VLSI design, VLSI testing, and design-for-test (DFT) concepts.
• Must-have: In-depth understanding of DFT structures including scan-based testing, Memory BIST, Logic BIST, and Boundary Scan.
• Must-have: Experience with design, simulation, and verification of ASIC/VLSI circuits and systems; strong troubleshooting and problem decomposition skills.
• Must-have: Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.
• Desired / Nice-to-have: Knowledge of scan data compression methodologies and ATPG flows.
• Desired / Nice-to-have: Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Desired / Nice-to-have: Familiarity with languages: Verilog (behavioral/RTL/gate), VHDL (behavioral/RTL/gate), TCL, Perl, C/C++.
• Desired / Nice-to-have: Experience with CAD tools such as synthesis, simulation, ATPG, Memory BIST, Logic BIST, and Boundary Scan tools.

Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) — Master’s degree preferred. (No other degree fields, certifications, or explicit "equivalent experience" language provided.)
