Role Summary
The Analog Verification Engineer will work within the analog design team focusing on new product development. The role involves close collaboration with system, digital, and layout teams for chip implementation, participating in the creation of functional high-side switch analog products.
Experience Level
Mid-career level, requiring 0-2 years of work experience for Master’s degree holders or 3+ years for Bachelor’s degree holders.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- Participating in the development of new products as part of the analog design team.
- Collaboration with system, digital, and layout teams for chip implementation.
- Involvement in functional high-side switch analog product lines, such as LDOs, Bandgaps, Charge pumps, Predrivers, Power FETs, and ADCs.
- Verification of performance requirements using simulation and verification tools.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following:
- Must-have: Doctorate degree, or Master’s degree with 0-2 years of work experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of work experience.
- Familiarity with product development aspects including design methods, design processes, CAD tools, and physical design.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as schematic capture, SPICE simulator, and Virtuoso.
- Solid understanding of CMOS process technologies and device physics.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience in developing automotive products or designing functional high-side switch products.
Education Requirements
Expected qualifications include a Doctorate, a Master’s degree with relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with required experience.
