Role Summary

The Analog Verification Engineer will be part of the analog design team focusing on new product development. This role includes collaborating with system, digital, and layout teams in chip implementation and verifying the performance requirements using simulation and verification tools.

Experience Level

Mid-level, typically requires a Doctorate, or a Master's degree with 0-2+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of experience.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working within the analog design team for new product development.
  • Collaborating with system, digital, and layout teams during chip implementation.
  • Participating in functional high-side switch analog product lines, including LDOs, Bandgaps, Charge pumps, Predrivers, Power FETs, and ADCs.
  • Verification of performance requirements using appropriate simulation and verification tools.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

  • Must-have: Doctorate or Master's degree with 0-2+ years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of work experience.
  • Familiarity with product development details such as design methods, design processes, CAD tools, design for test, and physical design.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools like schematic capture, SPICE simulator, Virtuoso, and co-simulation tools.
  • Understanding of CMOS process technologies and device physics.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work well with teammates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in developing automotive products or applications; experience in designing functional high-side switch products.

Education Requirements

A Doctorate, Master’s with relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
