Analog Mixed-Signal Layout Manager
Role Summary
Manage and lead the analog/mixed-signal layout team in Noida, responsible for delivery of physical layouts for analog and mixed-signal ASIC/SoC blocks. Work closely with circuit designers, paras/verification, and backend teams to ensure timely, high-quality layout and tapeout readiness.
Accountabilities include project planning, resource allocation, design reviews, process compliance, and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities
The manager will oversee technical delivery and people management. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor a team of analog/mixed-signal layout engineers.
- Plan and track project schedules, deliverables, and resource needs.
- Conduct layout reviews and ensure compliance with DRC/LVS and PDK rules.
- Collaborate with circuit designers, verification, and backend for closure and tapeout.
- Establish and improve layout methodologies, flows, and automation.
- Manage risk, resolve technical issues, and report status to stakeholders.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred qualifications:
- Must-have: Proven experience in analog/mixed-signal layout and physical design flow; hands-on with PDKs and layout tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso).
- Strong understanding of DRC/LVS, paras extraction, and tapeout processes.
- Experience leading teams or projects and mentoring engineers.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Nice-to-have: Scripting experience (Skill, TCL, Python), familiarity with advanced process nodes, AMS verification experience, prior tapeout shipping experience.
