Analog/mixed-signal IC Design Engineer - Acacia (Hybrid)
Member of the Mixed Signal Design team within Acacia, developing high-speed and high-accuracy analog/mixed-signal ICs for optical transceivers (100Gβ1.6T+). Work includes architecture, design, layout, measurement and productization of ultra-deep sub-micron CMOS products.
This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA with an on-site expectation of three days per week. You will collaborate with digital/DSP, system, package and module teams and with packaging/hardware engineers to meet signal and power integrity targets.

The role combines hands-on circuit design with leadership of large blocks and cross-discipline collaboration.
Must-have technical skills and demonstrated experience relevant to high-speed AMS IC design.
Preferred (nice-to-have): high-frequency layout and floorplanning, FinFET/GAA process experience, design-for-manufacturability analysis (PVT, EM, self-heating, IR drop), and transceiver/backplane/cable communications experience.
