Role Summary
Contribute to physical implementation of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits within the Central Layout Group supporting Automotive Power Solutions. Work from block-level layout through top-level integration, verification, and tape-out in a multidisciplinary, international engineering environment.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities cover layout development, verification, and cross-functional support for automotive and power-management ICs.
- Develop analog and mixed-signal layout blocks from schematic to tape-out.
- Support floorplanning, top-level integration and product physical implementation activities.
- Optimize layouts for electrical performance, matching, reliability and manufacturability.
- Perform DRC, LVS, ERC and other physical verification tasks and support parasitic extraction and post-layout analysis.
- Participate in design reviews, sign-off activities, and troubleshooting during product development.
- Collaborate with Analog Design, Verification, Package, Test and Product Engineering teams and contribute to layout methodology improvements.
Requirements

Must-have:
- Knowledge of analog IC layout methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso layout environment.
- Understanding of DRC/LVS verification concepts and physical verification flow.
- Familiarity with Linux working environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural, international teams; fluent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Calibre, PVS or equivalent verification tools.
- Knowledge of CMOS, BCD or high-voltage technologies and analog mixed-signal circuits.
- Basic scripting skills (SKILL, Python, TCL or Shell).
- Experience in automotive semiconductor development and interest in layout automation/methodology improvements.
Education Requirements
