Analog IC Design Lead (OLED Driver)

Role Summary

This role is an IC design lead position within the Display Power team focused on OLED Driver technology.

Experience Level

Senior, with 10+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Circuit design of building blocks, including analog design of key blocks.
• Analysis and optimization of performance.
• Design verification and IC layout follow up.
• Design for test, yield, and reliability.
• Cooperation with the digital team to define system architecture.
• Writing documentation for design and architecture.
• Participation in the evaluation of silicon in the lab.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• MSEE degree.
• 10+ years of experience in OLED Driver preferred.
• Familiarity with CMOS or BCD process and devices.
• Proficiency with CAD tool environment and mixed-signal simulation.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with analog, digital, layout, and test engineers.
• Project Management experience.
• Self-motivated.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or related field is required.
