Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analog and Mixed Signal Designer to join the development of the next-generation USB 2.0 and eUSB2 solutions for Enterprise AI and IoT applications. The role includes contributing to analog PHY design from concept through production and mentoring an analog design team.

Experience Level

Mid-level, 5 years of experience required in analog design for wireline serial communication protocols.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical design leadership for analog IC design from product definition to release.
  • Supporting architecture definition and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Designing analog circuits to meet performance and quality requirements.
  • Conducting top-level and block-level analog design verification.
  • Mentoring early-career analog designers.
  • Collaborating with new product development teams.

Requirements

The position requires the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in analog design for communication protocols.
  • Experience with analog building blocks and design tools.
  • Knowledge of layout principles and verification processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
