Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading Analog IC design with product ownership.
  • Designing and evaluating electronic components for battery charging applications.
  • Guiding physical designers and overseeing IC layout progress.
  • Collaborating with Design Verification teams pre-production.
  • Preparing product documentation and defining product requirements.
  • Coordinating with validation and engineering teams for production transfer.
  • Interfacing with customers to address design and support needs.

Requirements

The qualifications required for this position are:

  • Must-have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of precision analog design and power electronics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in teams.
  • Nice-to-have:
  • Experience in building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative in project delivery.
  • Time management skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
