Role Summary

The Analog Mixed Signal Engineer will design and develop DDR/HBM Memory Interface I/O circuits, ensuring robust performance and reliability. This role is part of a dedicated engineering team focused on analog and mixed-signal IP development for memory interfaces.

Mid-level, requiring 1–3 years of hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Design and develop DDR/HBM Memory Interface I/O circuits, including GPIO and special I/Os.
• Collaborate with various teams to meet project milestones.
• Execute circuit design tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Review and optimize circuit layouts for compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to the improvement of design methodologies.
• Document design processes and test plans for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• BTech/MTech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design.
• Proficiency in CMOS circuit design and layout methodologies.
• Familiarity with ASIC design flows and JEDEC DDR interface requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.

Education Requirements

A degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (BTech/MTech) is required.
