Role Summary

The Analog Flash Design Engineer will be an individual contributor responsible for the development of embedded Flash Memory IPs, focusing on analog and mixed-signal circuit design. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications and project timelines are met.

Experience Level

Mid-level, requiring 3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • Design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits for flash memory.
  • Optimize performance, power, and area (PPA) of circuit architectures.
  • Collaborate with teams across various functions including layout and product teams.
  • Present updates and reviews to stakeholders and management.
  • Innovate design methodologies and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design.
  • Deep understanding of NVM/embedded flash principles.
  • Experience with design and simulation tools like Cadence Virtuoso.
  • Knowledge of reliability and device behavior over PVT variations.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PERL or Python.

Nice-to-have qualifications include:

  • Experience in silicon bring-up and characterization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Education Requirements

Expected education is a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
