Analog Design Senior Staff Engineer
Role Summary
Lead delivery of Silicon IP projects from planning through completion, coordinating global cross-functional engineering teams and representing the product line to stakeholders and customers.
Own project scope, schedules, performance metrics and risk mitigation to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business and customer needs.
Experience Level
Senior - approximately 7–12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, Silicon IP, SoC, ASIC, or related engineering environments.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include program leadership, stakeholder communication, planning, execution monitoring, and team mentorship.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally.
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Monitor execution, analyze performance, and manage risks to meet schedule and quality targets.
- Drive cross-team collaboration, remove blockers, and resolve conflicts.
- Provide regular status updates and collaborate on product roadmaps and enhancements.
- Mentor team members and promote execution best practices.

- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating complex, cross-functional technical projects or programs.
- Strong experience managing customer expectations and communications.
- Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SoC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
- Solid understanding of project/program management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with quality management systems and delivery processes.
- Familiarity with Linux-based environments and engineering workflows.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent); equivalent practical experience accepted.
