Role Summary

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with analog circuit teams for SPICE-vs-model correlation and model quality sign-off.
• Developing and refining behavioral models for SerDes analog blocks (TX/RX, ADC, DAC, etc.).
• Capturing impairments and calibration ranges in models for realistic analog-digital handoff.
• Working with digital verification to ensure edge-cases and analog interactions are tested.
• Automating comparison flows to improve model fidelity.
• Embedding non-idealities and verifying behavioral netlist integrity with RNM teams.

Requirements

Must-have skills include:

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in analog design.
• Ability to model impairments and integrate them into behavioral/RNM models.
• Fluency in SPICE tools and waveform analysis.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, TCL, Perl, C/C++).

Education Requirements

BSc/MSc/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering is required.
