Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Designing NVM memories such as EEPROM, EPROM, and Anti-fuse for diverse applications.
  • Designing peripheral analog IPs including high voltage generators and voltage references.
  • Conducting design verification to ensure design robustness through statistical simulations.
  • Collaborating with validation and product engineering teams for production transfer.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Hands-on experience in CMOS and BiCMOS processes.
  • Understanding of feedback and stability in analog design.
  • Familiarity with IC design tools, particularly Cadence's Virtuoso design environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is required.
