Role Summary
Lead development and deployment of AI/ML solutions focused on client platform technologies, system debug, and power/performance optimization. Work with hardware, software, and platform teams to design agentic AI systems that automate analysis, debugging, and optimization workflows.

Senior level — typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
Contribute to architecture, implementation, and integration of AI-driven tooling for platform and performance engineering.
- Define and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for platform technologies, debugging, and power/performance workflows.
- Design and build autonomous agents for orchestrating debugging, analysis, and optimization tasks.
- Develop analytics frameworks to monitor, predict, and optimize power efficiency and system performance metrics.
- Use telemetry and ML models to detect anomalies and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, OS, and platform engineering teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into product workflows.
- Support production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
Requirements
Core technical skills and experience required for the role.
Must-have:
- Strong background in machine learning and deep learning; experience designing AI systems.
- Experience with agentic AI, autonomous systems, or multi-agent frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python for ML and data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of C/C++ for system-level, performance-critical components.
- Experience with data analytics, performance modeling, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, and scalable pipelines.
- Familiarity with MLOps and production deployment of AI systems.
- Exposure to reinforcement learning, decision systems, or adaptive agents.
- Familiarity with scripting for automation (e.g., PowerShell).
Nice-to-have:
- Understanding of memory, CPU, GPU, and system architecture.
- Experience debugging at the intersection of software and hardware.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field (typically with 7+ years experience) or a Master’s degree in a related field (typically with 8+ years experience). Relevant equivalent practical experience may be considered.
