Lead design and delivery of AI/ML features integrated into Calibre EDA products. Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to architect, implement, and optimize production-grade AI solutions that improve automation, performance, and customer value.

Responsibilities

Primary duties include:

• Architect and implement AI/ML solutions integrated into Calibre products.
• Drive quality assurance and performance optimization across platforms.
• Lead strategic technical initiatives and provide thought leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and influence product direction.
• Design and develop scalable software systems focused on AI/ML integration and optimization.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to promote technical excellence.

Requirements

Key technical skills and experience:

• Strong software development experience in Python, Java, or C++.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and GenAI technologies (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with Large Language Models and enterprise AI applications is a plus.
• Demonstrated technical leadership; open-source contributions or AI/ML research publications are preferred.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred. A Bachelor's degree with equivalent practical experience will be considered. Related technical fields or equivalent practical experience acceptable.
