Role Summary
The NPDE (New Product Development Engineering) team at Texas Instruments is focused on accelerated product design and engineering-to-production solutions. The AI-ML Manager will lead the development of AI/ML platforms aimed at enhancing silicon designs, verification, and testing processes, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Defining, developing, and deploying AI solutions in collaboration with domain experts.
- Creating roadmaps for AI architectures to optimize semiconductor development processes.
- Leading a team to centralize operations management across various stages of silicon development.
- Implementing AI-driven technologies and machine learning techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with technologists and engineers to customize EDA solutions and evaluate technology approaches.
- Managing accelerated development with a focus on quality and productivity.
Requirements
The requirements for this position are:
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML solution development, preferably in the EDA space.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor development processes and EDA tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork ability.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, data mining, and high-performance computing.
- Familiarity with generative AI techniques and optimizing algorithms.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
