Role Summary

Join the Calibre Product Management team to support and evolve the Calibre LSG semiconductor design and verification tool. The role bridges customers, field engineers, and software development to deliver technical support, define product requirements, and develop prototypes that address customer challenges.

This position combines customer-facing support, product definition, and cross-functional collaboration to drive feature delivery and product adoption.

Experience Level

Mid-level. The role is open to early-career candidates and experienced professionals; no specific years-of-experience requirement is stated.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include technical support, product definition, and collaboration across engineering and field teams.

• Provide expert technical support and training to customers and Application Engineers.
• Engage with customers and field teams to collect feedback and identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Define and document product requirements and characterize new tool capabilities.
• Develop prototypes and work with software engineering to implement features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Communicate product value propositions to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature delivery.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and professional competencies for successful performance in this role.

• Basic knowledge of design and physical verification.
• Experience with or knowledge of CAD tool usage and/or development.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and process engineering (preferred).
• Strong scripting skills for automation in UNIX/Linux environments (Shell, Python).
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their potential applications in semiconductor design (preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; fluency in English.
• Strong teamwork and customer/Application Engineer relationship-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and work independently to meet goals.

Education Requirements

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
