Lead Marvell's Advanced Packaging design team responsible for package design and technology development for high-performance computing, AI and networking ASICs. Responsibilities

The manager will plan and execute packaging projects, lead the layout team, and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage and mentor the packaging design layout team; set priorities and staffing plans.
  • Oversee package designs to meet electrical, mechanical, thermal and system requirements.
  • Plan projects from definition through release to manufacturing; size new development projects for HPC and XPU ASICs.
  • Develop standards, tools and processes to improve quality and team efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal business units, suppliers and end customers; negotiate technical requirements.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, identify and mitigate risks, handle escalations and schedule/budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with leaders and engineers across multiple geographies.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 5–10 years of related professional experience; or Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3–5 years of experience.
