Verification Engineer - Media IP

Role Summary

This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced verification engineer to join the Arm Systems Media IP team, which focuses on the development of Image Signal Processors, Display Processors, and Video codecs.

Experience Level

8+ years of experience in constrained-random verification and a suitable complex verification environment.

Responsibilities

• Verification ownership of unit level or multi-unit hierarchy or lead overall IP verification.
• Architecting verification IP and full verification environments.
• Assessing proposed design changes regarding verification complexity.
• Using machine learning and data science techniques for simulation data analysis to enhance bug discovery.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in Media IP processes.
• Collaborating closely with other Arm engineering teams.
• Mentoring and supporting team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with constrained-random verification and testbench creation.
• In-depth knowledge of SV-UVM.
• Strong scripting skills.
• Solid software engineering foundation including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with verification process tools and methodologies.
• Technical and/or team leadership experience for senior positions is an advantage.

Education Requirements

Relevant degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
