Validation / Verification Principal Engineer

Role Summary

The Validation/Verification Principal Engineer will lead ATE testing initiatives, specifically with Advantest 93K, developing high-level test programs and methodologies to ensure the quality of semiconductor products.

This position requires a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in semiconductor testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead ATE testing utilizing Advantest 93K testers.
• Design and develop advanced test programs and flows.
• Conduct electrical failure analysis through tailored test programs.
• Implement new methodologies for effective project qualification.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
• Document testing results and provide actionable feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Advantest 93K.
• Proven skills in test program development and flow creation.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in the field.
