Validation Engineer

Role Summary

The Validation Engineer will participate in the Career Accelerator Program, gaining technical training and experiences related to product, test, and validation engineering. This role involves working in collaboration with various teams to ensure the quality and performance of TI's analog and embedded processing products.

Experience Level

Entry-level; suitable for recent graduates.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and implementation of new product lines and enhancement projects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational aspects of assigned product portfolios.
  • Resolve customer quality and application issues.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams for problem solving.
  • Establish relationships with key contacts in manufacturing sites.
  • Engage in test software and hardware development, product debugging, and test optimization.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of schematics and analog circuitry.
  • Programming skills in C/C++ or Python, with LabView recommended.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and drive results.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
