Role Summary

Responsibilities

The Digital Design Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the design, development, and verification of digital/mixed-signal ICs.
  • Writing digital design and verification test cases using RTL/DV languages such as Verilog and SystemVerilog.
  • Utilizing industry-standard ASIC tools for daily tasks, including digital simulators and synthesis tools.
  • Assisting in testing, debugging, and FPGA verification.

Requirements

Must-have skills include:

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science with an emphasis on digital design/VLSI coursework/projects.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of ASIC development processes and digital design techniques.
  • Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Perl, TCL, Unix, Python, and C/C++.

Education Requirements

MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
