Technical Program Manager β SoC Program Operations & Execution Support
Role Summary
Support the SoC Lead TPM by running program operations for complex SoC development programs. The role focuses on execution hygiene, process definition, coordination, tracking, and tooling to keep program delivery organized and on schedule.
Work across engineering, IT, and tooling teams to maintain schedules, trackers, Jira hygiene, program artifacts, and adherence to Development Lifecycle Management (DLM) requirements.
Experience Level
Mid-level. Years of experience not specified; expects proven experience in program operations or TPM support.
Responsibilities
Maintain the program's operational backbone, coordinate execution activities, and ensure visibility and follow-through.
- Implement and maintain program operations: schedules, achievement trackers, RAID logs, and dashboards.
- Administer Jira projects and tickets; ensure ticket hygiene, reporting, and follow-up.
- Set up and facilitate triage sessions, bug scrums, and execution syncs.
- Track schedules and status; flag issues and slippage to the SoC Lead TPM.
- Ensure adherence to company DLM processes; monitor required artifacts, reviews, and approvals.
- Assist in organizing formal reviews and milestone signoff; verify readiness and documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication; capture notes and drive action follow-ups.
- Serve as the program interface to IT and tooling teams for access control, systems, and infrastructure needs.
- Maintain program repositories, documentation, and shared workspaces; support onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience.
- Experience in program operations, project coordination, or TPM support roles.
- Solid understanding of program management processes, flows, and governance models.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tracking tools, including triage and reporting.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; proven ability to initiate, track, and follow up on actions across teams.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a supporting role within a matrixed environment.
